Mumbai, July 28: 5paisa Capital Limited has approved the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Giskard Datatech Private Limited through a combination of cash consideration and a share swap arrangement. The decision was approved by the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 28, 2026. Upon completion of the transaction and receipt of required approvals, Giskard will become a wholly owned subsidiary of 5paisa Capital. 1
The proposed acquisition includes a cash consideration of up to ₹121.57 crore for acquiring 58.68% of Giskard's diluted paid-up equity share capital. The remaining 37.65% stake will be acquired through the issuance of equity shares under a share swap arrangement. 2
