Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of ALTRIX, including its market scans, charts, research tools, model portfolios and membership features.

1. Nature of the service

ALTRIX is a market research and analysis platform operated by TrendRipperX. It provides informational tools, historical analysis and observations about market behaviour. ALTRIX does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, trade execution, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate registration and membership information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • Membership access is personal and may not be shared, resold, copied or used to provide a competing service.
  • Available tools and data coverage may differ by membership period, market segment and data availability.

3. Memberships and payment

The price and membership period shown when you submit your request or complete payment apply to that purchase. Access begins after activation. Unless a renewal arrangement is explicitly presented and accepted, membership does not renew automatically. Refund requests are governed by the ALTRIX Refund Policy.

4. Market risk and no performance promise

Markets are volatile and losses can exceed expectations. Signals, rankings, breakouts, model portfolios, backtests and option-trade tracking are research outputs, not instructions. Historical, simulated or modelled outcomes do not guarantee future results. You remain solely responsible for every financial decision and should consult a SEBI-registered adviser where appropriate.

5. Data and service availability

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, unavailable or corrected by its source. Scans and charts can be interrupted by exchange holidays, connectivity, maintenance or third-party data availability. Do not rely on ALTRIX as the sole source for time-sensitive trading decisions; verify material information with the exchange, broker or original issuer.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service, automate excessive requests or interfere with other users.
  • Do not reproduce, scrape, republish or commercially distribute ALTRIX data, charts, analysis or interface without written permission.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or market-manipulative activity.

7. Intellectual property

ALTRIX branding, software, analysis formats, charts, written material and original research presentation belong to TrendRipperX or its licensors. Your membership grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal research during the active period.

8. Suspension and changes

Access may be restricted or ended for misuse, non-payment, security threats or a serious breach of these terms. Features may be corrected, improved, replaced or withdrawn as the product and market-data arrangements evolve. Material policy changes will be published on this page with a revised date.
